The main grandstand, which is located on the start/finish straight, offers views of the pitlane, the entire pre-race build-up on the grid, as well as the post-race podium celebrations. Being in the center of the activity, everything you require in terms of facilities is located right behind these stands.

What to Expect:

• The mezzanine seats are better than the lower rows in terms of more panoramic visibility

Due to the unusually high climb from the start/finish straight to the first corner, it is difficult to overlook the Turn 1 Grandstand from a viewing perspective. The starting line is where you want to be to watch the 20 vehicles battle for position at the 90-degree Turn 1 while ascending a 133-meter hill. You will have a front-on view of the starting grid and the main straight from this grandstand.

What to Expect:

• An all-round amazing option for every important section of the track

• One of the best vantage points of all grandstands with the 133-foot elevation

Turn 4 is a more compact and reasonably priced stand that is located in the first sector's frantic and winding sequence of turns. Turn 4 Grandstand will still have lots of photo possibilities even though you won't see many overtakes because of the nearby famous observation tower and the Stars & Stripes run-off at these bends. From your seats, you can see three sizable displays, allowing you to follow the weekend activities.

What to Expect:

• Very close to the giant screens to keep up with the race action

• Side-by-side view of the cars navigating some tough corners

Turn 6 Grandstand, the COTA's newest structure and the only grandstand on the infield portion will provide you with an excellent view of the esses. A front-on perspective of the vehicles as they pass through this fast portion of the circuit, which is modeled after the renowned Maggots and Becketts segment at Silverstone, is provided from Turn 6 Grandstand.

What to Expect:

• The thrill of having the cars rev right towards your seats!

• Not the finest view for speed-seekers as you mainly just get to look at the front-view of the cars

The elevated Turn 9 Grandstand, located on the outside of the track, offers a broad perspective of numerous turns. From these seats, you can watch vehicles exit Turn 7, descend through the next turns, enter Turn 11's hairpin turn, and go into the back straight. This is where the drivers will attempt to pick up the DRS. Directly in front of the Turn 9 Grandstand is a huge screen that ensures you don’t miss out on any of the action on the track.

What to Expect:

• Another great, budget option to see almost the whole track from an elevated vantage point

• Not a bunch of overtaking, but that's more than made up by a view of the cars maneuvering several up- and downhill curvers

Turn 12 is positioned just at the end of the long back straight and is one of the most popular stands at COTA. You can view most of the track from this grandstand because of the layout of the course, especially if you are positioned in the higher rows. This stand offers views of overtakes into Turn 12 and is about a short stroll from the F1 Fanzone, which offers a variety of activities to keep you busy in between sessions.

What to Expect:

• A view of 15 of the 20 corners at COTA!

• Direct, frontal view of Turn 12 - an overtaking hotspot

In addition to Turn 12, the Turn 15 Grandstand offers distant views of a significant portion of the course. You will be able to observe overtakes entering Turn 12 as well as the next three turns, which frequently serve as the scene of on-track confrontations and incidents, extremely close to your seats. Similar to Turn 12, Turn 15 is close to the main fan zone.

What to Expect:

• Yet another great spot to view some overtaking at Turn 12, especially from the rows higher up

• Crystal-clear views of the next three turns up ahead

Turn 19 Grandstand at the American Grand Prix provides an excellent view of the final turn as drivers come into the home straight. Located on the outside of Turn 19, this grandstand offers a great vantage point to watch cars accelerate through the corner and down towards what is often a dramatic finish line.

What to Expect:

• Great views of the final section of the race

• Direct view of the cars turning away after a tight corner

General admission spectators have an advantage because they can move around and switch viewing spots while the race is in progress, even though their views are probably less exciting than those of grandstand spectators. The General Admission areas near turns 1, 5, and 11 offer the best views of the action.

What to Expect:

• Being separated from the track by some fencing but extremely close to the track

• Several great spots to watch the race from, and the freedom to move around to find the ideal one for you!
