1. For an Awesome View of the First Lap

Turn 2 Grandstand: Turn 1 is a sharp right-hander, immediately followed by a left-hand hairpin at Turn 2. This makes it one of the most challenging sections of the track, with the potential for plenty of overtaking and incidents.

2. For the Best Overtaking Spot

Zone 4 Walkabout: The straight in Zone 4 is also a designated DRS zone, which means that drivers can activate their car's DRS to increase their top speed and make overtaking easier. This adds an extra element of excitement to the overtaking battles in this area.

3. For the Best View of the Final Stretch

Turn 2 Grandstand: Turn 23 is the final corner of the track before the start-finish straight, and the Turn 2 Grandstand offers a great view of this corner. This is a crucial point in the race, as drivers will be pushing hard to get a good run onto the straight and try to make a pass on their rivals.

4. For a Hair's Breadth Distance from the Track

Premier Walkabout: These passes typically offer a range of different vantage points, including standing areas and elevated viewing platforms. This can allow fans to see the cars from a variety of angles and get a better sense of the speed and power of the cars.

5. For the Picture-Perfect Shot

Pit Grandstand: The Pit Grandstand is located just opposite the pit lane, which means that you'll be incredibly close to the cars as they enter and exit the pits. This can provide some great photo opportunities, especially if you have a good camera with a zoom lens.

  • Dress light: Wear light breathable clothes and maybe even carry along an extra top if you sweat too much, as Singapore is hot and humid during the race days.
  • Bring earplugs: Make sure you wear a set of earplugs during the race as the sound of 20 V6 engines revving past you can be really loud.

Great weekend out. More of a description is required about what you can or can't do with the various ticket options before purchasing. For example I bought The premier walkabout tickets but didn't realise that you couldn't have a dedicated seat. The area you could watch the race were massively overcrowded to the point they were dangerous.
