What to Expect at Spanish GP 2023?

Track & Weather Conditions
Don't miss the pit lane walk
Look out for extra overtaking this year
Don't chance bringing alcohol into the circuit
  • Temperature: 14°C-22°C
  • Rainfall:  0.94 inches, rain is very rare.
  • Humidity: 66%, moderately humid.
  • Winds:  9.3 mph, moderately windy.
  • Sunlight: 12 hours

The weather forecast for this race is expected to be mostly sunny with temperatures ranging from 14°C to 22°C (57°F to 72°F). You can never be too sure of completely clear skies, though, so there may be a few clouds and chance of rain during the days. All in all, it would be best to come prepared with sun protection and an umbrella just in case!

The Pit Lane Walk at the Spanish GP is scintillating. First time visitors will marvel at the sheer scale of the facilities (new and improved!) and atmosphere that this Grand Prix provides. The behind-the-scenes access to this F1 classic allows fans to experience just how detailed race preparation can be, as teams do their last minute checks and fitment of parts before the drivers hit the grid.

Extending the track surface from 4.3km to 5.2km, adding a fifth loop to the circuit which will be faster than anything else on the calendar, and widening of the existing track surface in crucial areas such as corners and chicanes - all of these are sure shot ways to guarantee so much more overtaking action this year!

Bringing alcohol to the Spanish GP - or even metal water bottles - is a big no-no, and has been so for quite some years now. Unless you're in one of the Hospitality suites, you'll be unlikely to find alcohol anywhere in and around the track.
