- Wheelchair accessibility: The Losail International Circuit has wheelchair accessibility. Visitors with mobility issues also have a dedicated parking spot.
- VIP Parking: The circuit has dedicated parking areas for VIP guests and sponsors, which are located close to the main grandstand and VIP village.
- Off-road Track: The circuit has an off-road track that is used for motocross and other off-road racing events. It is also used for training and practice sessions.
- Karting Track: There is a karting track located at the circuit, which is open to the public for karting events and practice sessions.
